Finish Products Inspection

1, Scope:
This document specifys the inspection, sampling and rejection of cylinders. This document is suitable to the inspection of the finished product of the fire extinguisher cylindetrs.

2, The content of inspection & judged:

2.1The inspection of the cylinder height. 5% of the samples but not less than 3 cylinders shall be taken for the cylinder height inspection, if any one is found not conform to the specifications, 100% cylinders of the lot shall be checked.

2.2 Paint Quality:
a, No. obvious visual difference in color shall be found in same lot.
b, The surface coating of the cylinder shall be even, no obvious paint drop, crack, bulb, scratch, etc.
c, Samples Taking: 5% of samples, but not less than 3 pcs, shall be taken for inspection if any one is found not qualified,
inspection if any one is found not qualified, than double Qty. of the samples shall be taken for inspection if no any rejection
from the double taken samples, then the lot is judged as qualified otherwise, the whole lot shall be 100% inspection.

2.3 Bottom ring installation:
a, The bottom ring shall match the cylinder tightly, No.decline is allowed.
b,The depth of the bottom ring being pressed down on to the cylinder shall conform to the drawing, otherwise shall be rejected.
c, Samples taking: From each lot. 5% of samples shall be randomly taken for inspection, if any one is not conform to the Bitmap spections, then double the samples Qty. if any inconformation is still found, then the whole lot shall be 100% inspection.
