Coating Powder Proces for Cylinder
1.The cylinder enter into coating process must have been finished with grease removal, rust removal, phosphorization treatment. The surface shall be clean and dry.

2.Before start the process, check the spray system,oven, and recovery system as well as the warning and control instrument.
3.Hang the cylinder onto the printing hook on the transfer orbit.
4. Adjust the rotating speed of the orbit.
5.Turn the high voltage switch to zero, then turn on the power.Start the air compressor and recovery system. And then adjust the regulator valves for correct atomization and powder supply pressure. Air pressure: 0.02 Mpa around; Secondary air pressure: 0.02-0.1 Mpa Bitmap Primary air pressure: 0.4-0.6 Mpa
6. Adjust high voltage: Printing is between 90-100KV; Coating is between 50-65KV.
7. Start the spray gun for coating, and keep the distance between the and cylinder is 10-20 cm.
8. Change the ratio for mixing the primary air and secondary air for adjusting the powder spray amount and for different atomization shape, in order to optimize the sandiness.
9. Gradually the sprayed cylinder go through the oven by the transfer orbit. Increase the temperature inside the oven around 180℃, after then the cylinder would be transferred out from the oven and natually cool the cylinders under the indoor temperature.
10. Take the cylinder down and check if the coating is even in color, smooth and bright,no any obvious flow trace,wrinkles, checks, spots and mechanical damages.
11. Put the good cylinder in the qualified area, otherwise in the rejected area.
12. After coating operation finished, shut down the coating equipment as per the Coating Equipment Safety Operation Bitmap Procedure. Clean the equipment and the area.
