Company organized an Outward Development on Oct. 1-2, 2007, there were 58 managements went to the Ningbo Tiantongsi and Jiaokou reservoir for this Outward Development.
This activity is in order to boost up the team cohesion, to improve the personal relationship, to improve the management ability, to boost up the self-confidence, etc.
The two days’ training made everybody understand how important the team cooperation is. Without the colleague’s trust, encourage and support, no job can be accomplished successfully.
When the training finished, the managements all said that they have learned some good methods from the activities, and they can use these methods in the work. It would be a great help for the job.
